Yes! I ship anywhere in the U.S. Orders are sent out within 1 business day after production is complete. Standard shipping rates apply.
Your satisfaction means so much to me. If you ever experience an issue with your order, please reach out right away so I can make it right. Because each item is handmade, I understand that sometimes things don’t turn out exactly as expected. In those cases, I’m more than happy to remake your product so you receive exactly what you envisioned. If a remake isn’t the right solution, I can also offer a refund within 30 days. My goal is always to ensure you feel cared for and completely happy with your purchase.
Every product is hand-designed and created by me using high-quality materials. The photos you see on my website and social media are always of items I’ve personally made. Each order is crafted with prayer, care, and intention — I pour my heart and soul into every piece. From start to finish, I take extra care to ensure your product arrives clean, fresh, and ready to be enjoyed.
Since every item is made to order, turnaround time can vary depending on the size of your order and the details involved. On average, most orders are completed within 1-7 business days. Some may be finished sooner, while larger or more detailed projects (especially those requiring custom design work) may take a little longer. I’ll always keep you updated on your order timeline!
You can place your order directly through the website. For custom requests, just fill out the custom order form on the site. I usually respond within 24 hours (and often much sooner!) so you won’t be left waiting long.
I currently offer local pickup only by special request for trusted customers and friends in the Lincoln, NE area. If you’d like to arrange a pickup instead of shipping, please email or message me before placing your order. Pickup hours are typically Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM at my private residence.
